Understanding When the "Confirm All On Track" Button Appears in Status Emails

Some PO status emails let you confirm everything’s on track in one click. Here’s why that option isn’t always there.

✨ What Is the "Confirm All On Track" Button?

When everything looks good, this button gives you a quick way to confirm that all POs in the email are proceeding as expected and no manual updates required.

Button Label:
“Click here to confirm all listed orders are on track”

It’s our way of saving the supplier time when there’s nothing new to report.

🧠 When the Button Appears

Suppliers will see the “Confirm All On Track” button only when every PO line included in the email is still on schedule (meaning, all due dates are in the future).

This means:

  • No late orders

  • No overdue lines

  • Just a smooth, easy confirmation

❌ When the Button Doesn’t Appear

If even one PO line in the email is past its due date, the button will be hidden.

Instead, the supplier will be prompted to update the status for each line individually, so they can provide details on any issues or delays. This ensures transparency and keeps buyers informed.

Below are two examples to help clarify:

  1. Button Shown – All Order Lines On Track

  2. Button Hidden – One or More Order Lines Overdue

🔧 What You Can Do

  • If the button doesn’t appear, the supplier can just click “Provide Status Update” to submit updates.

  • If the supplier believes an order shows as late in error, they can reach out to the buyer or support contact.
