Understanding User Roles: Standard vs. Admin Permissions

Leverage has two user roles: Standard (Default) and Admin. While Standard users have full access to day-to-day workflows like reviewing and acknowledging purchase orders changes, Admin users have elevated permissions that allow them to configure and manage the platform at an organizational level.

What Admins Can Do:

1. Access Integration Data

Admins can view the underlying data connected to your ERP or other integrations.

2. Purge POs

Admins have the ability to permanently remove purchase orders from the platform.

3. Modifying Users and Delete Invites

Admins can edit existing users from your organization and revoke/resend pending invitations.

*Note - you cannot fully delete a user record as this info will be needed for the historical activity log

4. Modify Org and Integration Settings

Admins can update organization-wide settings and adjust how integrations are configured.

5. Create and Edit Outbound Message Rules

Admins can set up rules that govern how outbound messages are sent to suppliers.
