Overview
To ensure you receive all communications from Leverage (lvrg.ai), it is essential to whitelist our domain within your email system. This prevents important notifications, updates, and requests from being marked as spam or blocked by your company’s email filters.
If you are a supplier or customer working with industrial manufacturers, following these general whitelisting guidelines can improve communication efficiency and prevent delays due to missed emails.
Whitelisting Guidelines
1. Identify Your IT Administrator
Most industrial manufacturers have centralized IT or email security teams responsible for managing email settings. Contact your IT administrator or help desk to request that Leverage’s domain be whitelisted. Provide them with the domain details and any specific email addresses we commonly use.
2. Add the Domain to Your Company’s Allow List
Ask your IT administrator to add the following domain to the company's email allow list (whitelist):
Domain to whitelist:
lvrg.ai
This step ensures that all emails from Leverage, regardless of the specific sender address, will be delivered without interruption.
3. Include Specific Email Addresses (If Needed)
While whitelisting the domain generally suffices, some companies prefer to add individual email addresses to the allow list. If this applies, please ask your IT team to whitelist these commonly used addresses:
support@tryleverage.ai(Support inquiries)notifications@tryleverage.ai(System notifications and updates)[any specific email as relevant]
4. Configure Your Spam Filter Settings
In some cases, emails may still get flagged as spam. Request that your IT team adjust the spam filter settings to mark emails from lvrg.ai as trusted, ensuring they bypass the spam folder.
5. Check Firewall Settings
Some organizations have firewalls that block external emails if certain security checks are unmet. Your IT team may need to configure the firewall to accept inbound messages from the lvrg.ai domain or designated IP addresses used by Leverage for sending emails.
6. Monitor Your Inbox and Spam Folder
Even after whitelisting, it’s good practice to check your spam or junk folder periodically, especially right after implementing changes, to ensure no emails from Leverage are being misdirected.
Common Email Systems and Steps to Whitelist
Below are general instructions for whitelisting in popular email systems. If your organization uses one of these, you can forward this to your IT team for additional guidance:
Microsoft 365 (Outlook): Ask your IT admin to add
lvrg.aito the Safe Senders List through the Exchange Admin Center.Gmail (Google Workspace): Your admin can add the domain to the allow list in the Admin Console under Spam, Phishing, and Malware.
Proofpoint, Mimecast, Barracuda: These email security systems often include a domain allow list setting. Your IT team can add
